This tutorial of guide you to the windows update section so you can view any non essential security updates like drivers or program update and decide if you require them,

Go to start then control panel,

This new windows will open, click on windows updates as shown below

As you can see below there are two updates available click on check for updates on the left hand side

The new window will open showing exactly what the updates are in this instance there is a video card update and the network card update if you click once on one of them it will show you exactly which version it is on the right hand side,

To download these updates for the checkmark next to them and click OK

The new screen will open click on install updates as shown below

The next screen you will get is a download screen then the updates were successfully install

You can then click on view update the story history and you’ll get the list of all the updates installed on your computer
