OK, double click on computer on your desktop, then right click on a blank space and a menu will come up, near the bottom, it should say add a network location,
click on that, then click next, click in the screen on choose custom network location, then click next, And a screen will come up, in the space provided you can type in the network location , or click on browse,

Then click next, it will say to you wish to login enormously,say no, take the tick out of the box. and typing the user name, click, next, it will then ask you if you would like to connect straightaway or something so leave the tick in that box and it should connect and the username will already be filled in, so you just need to put in the password.
now you should see all the folders that you can drag and drop on your desktop one at a time. Now that is done.
if you need to go to the FTP just double click computer and you will see a new folder just double click on it and the login screen will pop up, for you to put the password in.
